March for Science-Lancaster

March for Science Lancaster are partnering with Citizens' Climate Lobby-Lancaster who are hosting an Earth Day event at Tellus 360. We intend to start out rally at Penn Square at 10:00 AM on April 22. We will have several speakers discussing the value of science and the importance of scientific inquiry until around 12:00 Pm. At this time rally attendees are invited to head to Tellus 360 to take part in the Citizens' Climate Lobby-Lancaster's Earth Day event. Suggested donation to attend this family friendly event is $5.00 for individuals and $10.00 for families, donations will go to support Climbers Run Nature Preserve. There will be speakers and science related activities for children and families as well as artwork and music. Stay tuned for more details in the near future!
The necessity of non-partisan scientific inquiry, research and the reporting of evidence-based facts is more important now than perhaps ever before. Join us in showing support for these values at Lancaster's March for Science rally on April 22 at Penn Square in Lancaster.
